COMMON QUERIES

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLASS ?

Broadway Academy runs on three terms annually.


Term 1 - October to January

Term 2 - February to May

Term 3 - June to September


Students may sign up at anytime and will be fitted in to the closest available class. 


Private classes usually starts on week 1 of the month and all group classes starts on week 2 onwards.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All class sign ups are considered booked once your payment is cleared. When a class is booked, the academy blocks out a spot for you for the class that you have signed up. Therefore, we will not be able to refund any payments. All payments are final with a non-refundable policy.


 However you may transfer your registration to a family member or friend before the class commences or within the first week of the class. This must be done via an email to the academy and providing the relevant information of the person whom you intend to transfer to. Class transfer shall only be for the same class and cannot be exchanged for any other courses or programs.

CAN I SIGN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF A TERM?

Yes you may, however it is left based on the discretion of the Teacher and the Academic Director to decide based on a consultation session which you will be offered. Upon knowing your level of understanding of the course, we will advise you if you would be able to be in the class or to be put on a next available class. In some cases, the teacher might offer a private session to help the student catch up with the class.
